Pension legal services overview

Chapter I — Services

Three Services, Each with a Defined Scope and Clear Fee

Naga Law's services address three distinct stages of pension-related legal concern. Each service stands on its own and can be engaged independently, according to what your situation requires.

Chapter II — Our Methodology

How We Approach Each Matter

All matters begin with a consultation — either in person at our Ekkamai Road office or by telephone — during which we discuss the client's situation and identify which service is most appropriate. No work is undertaken before scope and fee are agreed in writing.

Once engaged, the relevant legal counsel takes primary responsibility for the matter from start to conclusion. Documents are reviewed carefully and chronologically, submissions are drafted with reference to the applicable regulatory framework, and the client is kept informed at each material stage.

1

Initial consultation

Understand the client's situation; confirm which service is appropriate.

2

Written scope agreement

Confirm scope, fee, and timeline in writing before any work begins.

3

Conduct of the matter

Document review, submission drafting, or entitlement assessment as applicable.

4

Written outcome summary

Provide written findings and copies of all material to the client.

Pension document audit

Service I

Pension Document Audit

฿3,200 per appointment

An appointment for clients who would like an independent review of their pension documentation, including statements, employer contribution records, and any correspondence held from the pension authority. We organise the material into a clear chronology, identify any apparent inconsistencies, and prepare a written audit summary that the client may use for their own purposes or as a foundation for further legal work.

The appointment suits clients who suspect record errors or who wish to begin a careful review of long-standing pension matters — without committing to an appeal or further action at this stage.

  • All documents arranged chronologically
  • Inconsistencies and gaps clearly identified
  • Written audit summary provided to client
  • No obligation to proceed further
  • Suitable as standalone engagement
